Venteck Limited Inc., is pleased to announce and welcome to our firm Mr. Alberto Araujo as a Director of Programming Services. Mr. Araujo brings a wealth of experience running small and large multi-departmental projects for companies such as General Electric, Merck, and Harris Corporation. Mr. Araujo holds an M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology and is actively pursuing his Doctorate in Deterministic Operations Research. He is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute as well SigSixma Green Belt Certified.

Mr. Araujo responsibilities will be:

· To provide leadership and management of Venteck development teams and projects.

· To oversee and direct the strategic plan, development of business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation for applications.

· To oversee and actively develop the Project Workbook including why the project was requested, as well as the project requirements and scope including the risk, time, and cost.

· To Work with managers and customers to identify the technical approach to be used and the deliverables to be furnished at the completion of the project.

· To schedule and assign resources to ensure that applications satisfy users’ needs and are completed within agreed upon time parameters.

· To monitor the status of the technical resources and tasks using tools such as the MS Project

· To oversee the system development process including systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and turnover to production of the application.

Mr. Araujo has over 15 years experience in Program Management. He is a very passionate individual with a high level of energy. He has the ability to energize others around a common goal, the confidence to make tough decisions, and the willingness to deliver on promises. Mr. Araujo is a great addition to our organization.

Venteck Limited, Inc has been providing professional engineering, architecture and planning services to a broad spectrum of private clients in the United States since 1998. Along with its headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, the firm also has offices in Washington, DC, and Maryland.

Venteck in 2006, once again we would like to thank our families, friends, clients, employees, associates, partners, vendors and investors who have placed their faith in our company and have made our company grow. We are looking forward to continue our relations for many years to come.

2006 was a very exciting year for us as we grew our Florida Based customer to a new record high, we thank everyone involved for a great year. And as the new year 2007 is approaching we must prepare to continue our double digit growth and continue the development of new strategies for the information technology market..

Our Programming business has grown significantly by custom development of large databases for government contractors and small custom programming projects for small businesses. As the New Year approaches we are currently working with defense and intelligence contractors with the objective to partner in the custom development of security and threat alert databases.

Our Web development and web hosting business has also seen a robust increase as our newer projects continue to demand better integration between legacy systems and web options. We are currently working applications that allow us to restrict documents from being viewed, printed or copied by unauthorized users.

Our Support business has completed the acquisition our first retail outlet which it will operate under the name of All Computer Center, Inc. with scheduled additional openings in our test market in Florida during 2007. All Computer Center will provide computer repairs in a secured environment. Additionally, All Computer Center will support Venteck in providing logistical Computer and Workstation support to its customers around United States and Latin America.

Our strategic partnerships have gained new partners including Microsoft Certified Partner, Sonic Wall, Cypress Telecommunications and Appriver status thus increasing our support capabilities to our clients. Our efforts will continue towards market expansion in South Florida as well as Washington DC and the metropolitan area.
